RESOLUTION 0004-1314

A Resolution Appointing the Commission on Audit Chief Commissioner WHEREAS, stipulated in Article IX Section 4.1.2 of the 2005 XU-CSG Constitution, the Chief Commissioner of the Commission on Audit shall be appointed by the outgoing Directorate. WHEREAS, the 19th Directorate failed to appoint the Chief Commissioner of the aforementioned commission. WHEREAS, the 20th Directorate took the responsibility of appointing the Commission on Audit Chief Commissioner for AY 2013 2014 with consultations from the previous head of the said commission. WHEREAS, after a thorough interview and deliberation conducted last April 14, 2013, the Directorate agreed to the appointment of the person mentioned herein as the Commission on Audit Chief Commissioner. Ms. Gizelle P. Labial BS Accountancy - 4 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Ms. Gizelle P. Labial is the Commission on Audit Chief Commissioner for AY 2013-2014. FURTHER, upon the release of this Resolution, she may start performing the duties and responsibilities inherent to the position of COA Chief Commissioner. Done this 14th day of April, 2013 at ACES Office, Room 216 of the Magis Student Complex, Xavier University, Cagayan de Oro City, by the 20th Directorate in session assembled.
