A Resolution Adopting the Parliamentary Rules for the Conduct of Xavier University Ateneo de Cagayan Central Student Government Directorate Meetings WHEREAS, the XU-CSG Directorate is the highest law-making body of the Central Student Government, as such, it requires rules in its proceedings. WHEREAS, Parliamentary Procedures must be written to avoid variations and conflicts in matters pertaining to XU-CSG Directorate House Rules. WHEREAS, Parliamentary Procedures exist to facilitate the transaction of business and to promote cooperation and harmony. WHEREAS, Parliamentary Procedures will provide a more systematic and expedient legislation in the Directorate. WHEREFORE, be it resolved that the Xavier University Ateneo de Cagayan Central Student Government Directorate shall adopt the Sanggunian ng mga Mag-aaral ng mga Paaralang Loyola ng Ateneo de Manilas Guide to Parliamentary Procedures as adhered on Roberts Rules of Order, 11th Edition. WHEREFORE, be it further resolved that all meetings of the XU-CSG Directorate shall adhere to the Xavier University Ateneo de Cagayan Central Student Government Directorates Guide to Parliamentary Procedures. WHEREFORE BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that this resolution be adopted with a 2/3 vote of the 20th Directorate sitting en banc. Done this 14th day of April, 2013 at ACES Office, Room 216 of the Magis Student Complex, Xavier University, Cagayan de Oro City, by the 20th Directorate in session assembled.
