To register the body recovered, put your mouse over to more tab, and click disaster victim identification. If there are existing registered data, you can view those data by list current or list all. But in this case, we assume that it is empty. And to register you have to click New Request and Body Recovery Request Form will appear, just fill in all the Required Fields. The two important fields are the Date and the Bodies found. Other fields are optional but it is more informative if you supply all the fields, such as Marker, Description, Location, Street Address, Postcode, and State . After filling in the form then click the Save button. You can view the save items by clicking List current. You have the options to open or delete.

Ro record Dead Bodies, just click new under the Dead Bodies banner. Add Dead Body Report form appear. The ID Tag Number, Date Of Recovery are the required fields to be filled in. Others are optional, information like Recovery Details, if the body parts are incomplete, burned/charred, decompose, gender and age. You can add age base on the range given, infant, and child, adolescent, adult, and senior. The dead body that you are about to record can be based on the body recovered item. You have to register first in a body recovery before you register it as dead bodies. After saving, Checklist Form is the next. It contains inventory of effects, radiology, fingerprint, anthropology, pathology, embalming, DNA profiling and Dental Examination. You have to specify if the said checklist are not started, assigned, in progress, completed, not applicable and not possible. After saving those data, you can add images, Physical

Description, Effects Inventory (i.e. clothing, jewelry, footwear and watch), journal and identification.

I used this site for evaluation of Sahana Vesuvius. The first thing I did was searching my classmate who was passed away during the typhoon sending. So I type his name on the bar. But the result is no matches for Mark Anthony Estillore so I reported his name as a sendong victim. I click Report a Person. I type his name and family name. I upload his image. And his location status is missing. supply the information that I knew about him and then save. After that I go to search for a person again under typhoon sendong and type his name. And now he successfully listed as typhoon sendong victim.
