E-mail add : rpio_pro12hqs@yahoo.com Date : April 15, 2013 (Monday) Crime Solution Efficiency Rating Up by 13% for Tacurong PNP Police Regional Office 12 Tacurong MPS hit the 86. 15% percent Crime Solution Efficiency (CSE) Rating for the first quarter of 2013 which is almost 13% higher compared to 73.44% of the same period last year. This is just an indication of how serious the Tacurong PNP is in our anticriminality campaign says PSUPT JUNNY BUENACOSA, Chief of Police of Tacurong MPS. From December 1, 2012 to March 21, 2013, Tacurong MPS recorded a total of 130 crime volume wherein 112 are considered cleared with 78 of which are considered solved as suspects have been arrested. Most common in the area are theft with 26 incidents, physical injury with 17 reported cases and 14 incidents of carnapping. PSUPT BUENACOSA reported that out of 14 reported cases of carnapping within the specified period eight (8) persons were arrested while nine (9) motorcycles were recovered through the intensive operation conducted by Tacurong MPS. On the campaign against anti-illegal drugs, 14 individual were arrested while 21 persons were nabbed during police operations against Illegal Gambling. In the campaign against Most Wanted and Wanted Persons 12 were brought to jail most of them are facing either charges of Murder, Frustrated Murder and Estafa. BUENACOSA attributed their accomplishments to the full support of the Local Government Unit of Tacurong in terms of logistical support. Big help to us is the handheld radios provided by the Local Government of Tacurong to every police officers of our station for an efficient communication and immediate response during incidents says Buenacosa. The latter express his gratitude also to the community of Tacurong for their remarkable cooperation on the advocacies of their local police force, wherein, according to Buenacosa, most of their accomplishments were achieved through the reports and tips that they have received from the concerned citizens. The Chief of Police also takes pride in the dedication to duty and discipline manifested by police officers under his authority.

Meanwhile, the Sangguniang Bayan of TBoli passed a resolution commending the Tacurong Police Force for the arrest of Two (2) suspects in Carnapping at TBoli and recovery of the carnapped motorcycle owned by certain Aban Beamers who has been murdered by the suspect. PCSUPT CHARLES T CALIMA JR, Regional Director, PRO 12 on the other hand appluaded the effort of Tacurong PNP and challenged them to maintain and even surpassed their performance on Anti-Criminality Campaign. Calima also enjoined all other Chiefs of Police to observe the best practices of Tacurong Police especially in making the Local Government and Community involved in the maintenance of Peace and Order in their area of responsibility. Calima said that Effective policing involves the cooperation and support of the Local Government Unit and the Community, for without it; all of the peacekeeping efforts will be rendered as futile or ineffective.
