Some Features of Maini Aluminium Formwork System are: Monolithic casting of Vertical & Horizontal Formwork. Minimum Slurry Loss at the Joints Resulting in Smooth Finish. Greater Strength of Structure with same Grade of Concrete. Errection & De-Shuttering is eased due to Light Weight. More number of Repetitions than any other conventional system.

We provide End to End solution from Design of Formwork up to the site supervision. 1. Design: We shall provide detailed drawings along with the Shell Plans. Complete set of Formwork drawings shall include: All the layouts like Deck, Wall, Beam Bottom, CC, ECA, Kicker, Sunk etc. Elevations of each wall with identification mark on each panel with size. Sectional details of Openings. Formwork details of Staircase & Lobby. Complete user manual. 2. Manufacturing: Based on the Final drawings manufacturing is done at our Pantnagar - Uttrakhand unit which is located 250Kms. from New Delhi. Equipped with ultra modern facilities, CNC machines, Automatic fixtures & qualified technocrats we assure best quality product. Fabrication drawing is provided by the design department for each item to ensure flawless fabrication which ensures correct fitment. 3.Site Supervision: We have a team of around 20 Supervisors having 6 8 years of experience with Aluminium Formwork System. Based on the volume of order number of supervisors are earmarked for a particular project for which they are involved from the Designing stage. Once the drawings are forwarded for manufacturing they are shifted to our works for their involvement in the manufacturing process. Part Mock up is checked by them & they are shifted to the site to guide & train the personals at site up to the casting of three typical floors or Two Months from the receipt of material whichever is earlier. Accommodation, Food & local conveyance shall be borne by the client.
