Background Along the changing times, needs clean water more difficult to fulfill.

Clean water crisis has become a threat in almost all parts of the world. This happens because the natural water resources can no longer meet the needs of an increasingly rate of human population growth and the vigorous industrialization in various fields. In this case, industry plays a role especially on pollution of fresh water sources from waste water discharge. The presence of water on the earth is not a lot of turns. In the picture below shows that clean water is in a very limited portion compared with sea water. Within this amount, also calculated the portion of contaminated water, the water is getting smaller net amount. Therefore, we need to find other sources that can produce clean water.

With the innovation of this membrane technology, production process and potable water can be produced from sweat and rain water. Membranes are thin skin or thin sheet material, which serves as a selective separation. The selective function of separator membrane make us can determine what substances we want to separate them. By mixing materials with hydrophilic material, only water (H2O) that can pass through the membrane, while others reject. This separation process can be seen in the image below.

Design This jacket consists of two basic layers. The first is a parachute, which is a waterproof material. And the second is the membrane, which is a material that can absorb H2O. This jacket can also be used on both sides with a different use. On the front side can be used to run, and on the back side can be used to drive a motorcycle. Design sketches can be seen in Figure 3 and Figure 4.

If we use it as a running jacket, sweat water selected by the membrane, and only pure H2O which is absorbed by the membrane, the rest rejected. Whereas if we use it as a motorcycle jacket, rain

water can also be selected by a membrane, just pure H2O which is absorbed by the membrane, the rest rejected. Selected H2O accommodated on the inside of the jacket (between 2 layers of parachute and membrane). This water can be accommodated in the two materials because both materials could not be penetrated by water. Sweat or rain water can pass through the membrane as described in Figure 2 using pressure. Temperature increased body heat causes increased pressure can penetrate the membrane. And on rain water, rain water that fell from the sky has the pressure to penetrate the membrane. While water can also come out of the water storage layer at a certain volume of water that produces a certain pressure, so if the pressure exceeds the water can also be out of the jacket. The lining membrane, water can absorb sweat because the outer surface of the membrane is hydrophilic, which can then only H2O through the membrane, the rest rejected. Syndicate 4 company will introduce their product with their Website, TV, radio spots, Blog, Twitter, Facebook, Blackberry Messenger PIN, phone number, etc. that everyone can find the information about the jacket. Because of the product is the Pioneer, many people will still cant accept drink water from the jacket filtering process from a sweat or rainwater. Our home industry company has a mission not only to be company with a lot of sells, but also can influence people to try and believes that the water produce by filtering with the jacket is clean and healthy to drink. PT. Syndicate 4 home industry is still new and small company that located in Bandung. During the first launch of the Voda Jacket in Bandung, it will offers variety of discount, event in order to

make the customers buy, it also offers a lot of facilities to buy the product, to make it easy to be find. PT. Syndicate 4 is a company that takes into consideration what is going on in Indonesia climate in order to sell products, that going to have a big impact in the society. Example that since Indonesia have two climate, summer and rainy season, when summer people can use the jacket for physical exercise like jogging that will produce many sweat that can be filtered to be water, and at rainy season people can use it when riding motorcycle. Competitor Analysis

At this time, Voda Jacket has no competitors because it is the first innovation in jacket that has a membrane filter use to filter water to be a drinking water. But over the course of time many home industry or even a big company that produce jacket can also imitate our membrane jacket concept. So the most important thing to sustain from the competitors that imitate the product is to make the strong brand awareness to the market. Collaborators

Syndicate 4 using partnership with distro clothing, automotive accessories shop and sport shop because we know especially in Bandung has many distro brand and distributor, rather than build or rent their own distributor outlet that will make higher cost. By partnership with many distro, it can make easier for costumer to find the location where the Membrane Jacket being sold. Beside partnership with distro, we try to partnership with community club like motorcycle, sport, and other community. And the last isusing Internet selling from the Membrane Company website that have E-Commerce function. Climate (PEST Analysis)

The Voda Jacket has no political and legal problem or issue. Not everyone can bough this jacket since the price is high enough for such thing like a jacket. So this product will be fit for medium to high income of economical status. Because this is a new innovation of jacket that can filter sweat or rainwater into a drinking water, but many people doesnt used to do that, the behavior is drink from a bottle water with a trusted

brand from a good spring that were followed by a hygienic process. It is difficult to changes the people habits, but our goal is to educate them that water is being filtered by the jacket is safe to be drank. The technology that being used in this jacket is a Flat sheet hydrophilic membranes that can filter rainwater or sweat into a pure water that only contains H2O. This technologies in membrane that will be used most to educate people to make them believe the water being filtered is safe to be drink.
