Scenario One of your Team Members is on a staff augmentation assignment to the clients place onsite. His client manager asked him to move a fix to production by the evening. As this team member didnt have production deployment access rights, the client manager provided his ID and password and asked him to do the needful. This act was in violation of your company policy. However, this was not a strongly defined rule in the client organization. During a casual conversation with your team member three months later, you come to know what has passed. What would you do?
