AUTOMATIC POLISHING LINE LPM-G5-XII/1250

A continuous feeding, conveyor type polishing machine for carrying out sequentially all operations of grinding, honing and polishing of granite slabs in a continuous flow.
BASIC CONSTRUCTION: 12 headed, conveyor type line polishing machine for continuous and automatic grinding, honing and polishing of granite slabs. The machine has a capacity of processing slabs of up to 1250 mm in width and any length and up to 60 mm thick. Each of the 12 spindles is powered by a 12.5 H.P motor and has a provision to fit five brick Rocking Heads for polishing granite slabs. Polishing Heads from CO.ME.S, Italy, Model STORM-5 (can carry 5 Polishing Abrasives of 140mm length) Rigid steel bridge with cast iron spindle housings provided with electrical and pneumatic circuits. The bridge oscillates to and fro with the help of an A.C. motor controlled by a variable frequency drive to ensure fast and frequent reversals. Side carriages, with linear bearings, travelling on rails with accurately machined surfaces. Conveyor bed made of steel, with accurately machined surface for smooth transmission. Conveyor belt system for transporting the slabs/tiles under various grinding, honing and polishing heads with A.C. frequency controlled motor for accurate and variable speed control.
All electrical power circuits and cables for the machine. Electrical control panel with comprehensive visual displays to facilitate smooth operation. Foundation bolts. Diamond tools and abrasives are not included.
SPECIAL FEATURES: 12 Nos. main spindles made from heat treated alloy steel and held in precision bearings. Limit switches for automatically scanning the profile of the slab and automatic lowering and raising of Polishing Heads depending on the presence of Granite slabs below the Heads. Twin pneumatic cylinders for each head for variable pressure, with regulators for controlled flow of air to ensure correct application of pressure. Individual control panels for each spindle with visual display of motor current and pneumatic pressure. Centralized oil lubrication system for lubrication of strategic points with measured quantity of oil, with necessary safety and alarms. All the spindles are provided with electric sensing switches to sense abrasive wear. As soon as the abrasives are worn out to a predetermined level, the respective spindle will automatically go up and a red light will glow to indicate the wear out of the abrasives. New abrasives can then be fitted on to the respective spindle. Polyurethane paint.
SAFETY FEATURES: Overload relays to protect individual motors. Master switch, for shut off in emergency, which lifts all heads and stops machine. Water flow-sensing switch for protection against water supply failure. Reinforced rexene bellows to protect the spindle assembly from water and dust.

Such changes/modifications in the specifications of the machine are at the sole discretion of the manufacturer and are binding on the buyer.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE: Price: Packing Charges: Central Excise Duty & Education Cess. As per quotation enclosed herewith, Price is Ex-works. NIL. Will be extra at the rate applicable at the time of delivery. (at present @ 12% plus education cess on CED is 2% and Secondary cess is @ 1% or Nil against Form CT-3 for 100% Export Oriented Units.). In case of supplies to be made under EPCG scheme, Central Excise duty has to be first paid by the buyer and the buyer can claim refund of duty paid from DGFT as per procedure. The seller will assist the buyer for any documentation as required. Will be extra as applicable at the time of delivery. At present @ 2% against Form `C'. OR @ 12.50% on value after packing charges and Central Excise duty.

Freight & Insurance: Will be extra to your Account from our works to your factory site Delivery: Within 12 weeks from date of receipt of your P.O. and signed copy of this Sale agreement with advance, subject to Force majeure Clause, for civil unrest, floods, storms, earthquakes, and all such acts of God and also to include riots and strikes, labour unrest, civil commotion and such conditions which are beyond our control. In the event of your inability to take delivery of the machines due to the site not being ready, delay in your making balance payment, or any such reason, within 15 days of intimation of readiness of the machines before dispatch then warehousing charges and price escalation as may be applicable towards the machinery not delivered, will be chargeable to the customer. Installation Erection & Commissioning: NIL. However, the to & fro Rail Bus fare of our technicians and Air fare for our Senior Engineers from Mumbai to your works will be extra to your account. In addition, their lodging, boarding, local conveyance and incidental expenses will be to your account. You will also provide local labour, material handling equipment, tools and tackles such as welding sets etc., utilities such as water, power etc at your cost to facilitate installation and commissioning. -2Warranty: 12 months from the date of dispatch. During the warranty period, we shall replace at our sole discretion, such parts which are found to have manufacturing defects (electrical parts and mechanical bought outs are excluded.) The freight costs of such parts from Mumbai to your works site, persons attending the servicing their travel costs are to your cost. The warranty will not be applicable to: a) If the machines are installed, commissioned and serviced by persons not authorized by Shah Stone Machines Pvt. Ltd. b) If the machines are not operated and maintained as instructed in the Operation and Maintenance Manuals provided by Shah Stone Machines Pvt. Ltd. and to parts that are subject to routine wear and tear such as rubber parts, conveyor belts, poly v belts, etc. c) If full payment towards the machines has not been received by Shah Stone Machines Pvt. Ltd. 25 % Advance with your Purchase order. Balance after adjustment of Advance pro-rata against value of each despatch with duties and taxes as applicable against proforma invoice prior to delivery. Advance paid is Non-refundable in the event of order cancellation by the buyer. All civil works for the machines, termination of cables, hoses of water supply to machine, consumables such as Diamond tools and polishing abrasives, grease and lubricants, server voltage stabilizers etc. This offer is valid for a period of 7 days from date.
