Moreover, the court denies as moot Governments Motions to Dismiss Motion to Intervene and Quash Subpoena (document nos. 43 and 46), vacates the courts order granting non-party Sebastiaan Provosts Motion for Leave to Reply (document no. 52), and denies as moot Non-party Sebastiaan Provosts Motion for Leave to File Reply (document no. 47).
