I am Carlos R Dacoco presently residing at Purok 2, South Poblacion, Maramag, Bukidnon,

Philippines.

I would like to apply for any vacant position in your company particularly as Security Officer or
Security Guard. I was optionally retired from the police service effective 01 March 2001. I have
been in the service since 1974 up to my optional retirement. I had also handled various sensitive
positions which include as Chief of Police of the different municipalities in the province of
Bukidnon. I am also a former member of the Philippine Army, Armed Forces of the Philippines,
member of the Philippine Constabulary, Armed Forces of the Philippines and lately with the
Philippine National Police, Department of Interior and Local Government. I retired from the service
as Police Chief Inspector. For more information, please refer to the attached CV.

With my long years of experience and dedication to my duty as member of the Armed Forces of the
Philippines and Philippine National Police, I hope and pray that I will be given a chance to work
