Skid N Line Preparing 190 bbl of high viscous & high weight 12.4 ppg SILDRIL spacer.* Failed to collect sample from tensioners, Lower bop down to land off in spider. ROV monitoring distance f/ seabed. Pick up 75' landing joint. String wt base oil pontoon (44 dead Volume) and confirmed by barge engineer no sample point & could not open hatch 1088k, Stroke out tensioners & secure with under hull guides. TBT & SJA to connect tension ring. Connect tension ring to collect sample.* Chemicals used will be charged when start drilling the 18 1/8" x 22" section and pick up 650k weight on N line tensioners. Position rig f/35m t/10m off wh. ROV confirm gasket in BOP connector. Dummy run. Set up cmc (915k total load on N line tensioner). 400k hook load , 689k wob ,1527psi on cmc, Wait on BP / Drill Quip to make descision on latching BOP, ROV "buff " Wellhead and carry out final inspection. Kedge rig to Well centre to facilitate landing BOP with ROV assistance. Land out BOP (landing Weight 915K), confirm latch with ROV, take 50 K overpull, carry out Slump test (355K down ), flush Hydraulic Conduits. Flush Choke line (5 bbl), close BSR (acoustic: portable), pressure test connector (500psi / 10 Rack landing double. In), Hold TBT: unlatch landing double. Unlatch landing double (commence ballast of rig to 18.5m), Hold TBT: Rig down RRT / rig up MTj / RCD handling equipment. Rig down RR, install 8" pad-eye sub and 50' sling. Hold TBT: Pick up MTJ / RCD housing assembly. Pick up MTJ / RCD housing assembly. (Studs investigated found to be loose on clip connector flange). Torque check all studs on Clip connector and RCD housing.
