Recruitment Preparing PRFs for getting the approval for new positions from OSRAM Germany. Updating the status of the positions to be filled on monthly basis.

Coordinating with Placement Consultants which are listed with the company. Searching resumes through job portals and thereafter filling the vacancies resulting into cost saving to the company. Short-listing of the resumes within the stipulated timeframe. Screening of candidates by interviewing them at feasible locations along with the concerned HODs.

Organizational Development Maintenance of Organizational Structure & Staffing Levels to accomplish the overall objectives of the company. Evaluation of work culture in the factory and Head Office and thereafter suggesting changes to General Manager HR for improving the work culture in the organization.
