Course Code: Course Title: Fluid Movers Hours: 30 Calendar Description: This course has been designed to improve the following competences To enhance the knowledge and skills of participating in different types of pumps and compressors. To understand pump and compressor technology and performance. To develop attendees skills and capabilities in operating different types of pumps and compressors. To interpret the function of each machine component. To introduce startup and shat down procedures of each machine This will be achieved through listing the pumps and compressors types, describing the parts, and its function. Study the performance of each machine.
