Question 1: a) Law in the strict sense is the body of rules governing human conduct, that is recognised by the state and if necessary, enforced. It is a system of rules used to keep order in our society.

b) A action reflection of people upon their world in oder to transform it. c) This view of learning and teaching encourages the integration of theory and practice or the blending of knowledge and the relevant skills.

Question 2:

a)i ) Yes. Referring to the law of delict , engaging with the circumstancesin which one person can claim compensation from another for harm that has been suffered.

Question 3:

a) I hereby agree to spend at least 4 hours per day on studying. I will be making time on my way to work as well as during free times or lunch breaks at work. After seeing to my family and motherly duties, i will fit in the required remaining time on research and studying. I will be training myself and my sleeping pattern to allow extra time to be spent on research and every subject that either requires attention or every subject to be scheduled its required time accordingly.

b) i) Containers- simply enclosing words in shapes brings emphasis and structure to an otherwise wild page. Making use of clouds of thoughts and bubbles etc. Connectors- Connect ideas and pieces of stories with arrows and lines. Icons-sketch in sketch notes. Create icons for objects and concepts. Drawings that represents an idea. Tables-This is made use of when you are able to compare things or find differences as in eg. Requirements for various proceedings etc. Flow charts- This is a diagram used to place things in order ranging with a specific strategy .
