Executive summery

The report is about the survey assessment system on the interview session in the context of tele-communication of Bangladesh. In Bangladesh the well known tele communication organizations are Grameenphone, aritel, Bangalink, Robi, Citicell, Aktel, Tell&Talk.we have surveyed on the employees of airtel, robi and Gp about the assessment system on interview session in the telecommunication sector. First of all in the report, we have discussed about the historical background of the different telecom industry. How the telecom industry gradually spread in our country. Than how do HRM related to our survey topic, and defining interview and the employment test of those organization. How they take employment test in their organizations. And in the repot we have discussed about the findings and analysis about our survey we have taken on the employees of different organizations. At last the the questionnaire on which the total survey have taken.
