There are many different methods to awaken Spiritual Centers in the Human Body. Every major spiritual tradition in the world teaches its Initiates how to use these Centers to activate their dormant spiritual abilities and perception of Higher Realities. One of the simplest and most natural methods is to move our own awareness into the centermost point of any Spiritual Center, traveling through sequential Higher Planes at this Center, then experiencing the expansion of energy from the Center outwards to become a Sun of Light. The stages of this practice are as follows: 1) Put your attentionon the areaof the SpiritualCenter. Remember the core principle that Energy follows Attention: this means that wherever you put your attention, your energy will follow. You can choose any Spiritual Center in the Body: the Third Eye between the eyebrows, the Bindu Point where your hair swirls at the top of your head in the back, the Solar Plexus at the base of your rib cage, etc.

2) Becomeawareof an energeticsensationat the locationof the SpiritualCenter. The sensation appears at the Etheric (Life Energy) level of the energy center, which usually appears to us as feelings of vibration, tingling, density, pressure or warmth/cold. It is vital to actually FEEL the energy at the location, and not just think about it in an abstract way. 3) Dynamicallymoveyourawarenessand energyinto the CentermostPointof whateveryoufeel at the SpiritualCenter. This feels like a Sphere contracting to a central point in the Energy Center. 4) Continueto followthe energyinwardinto the CentermostPoint, experiencing sequentialdeeperlayersof HigherSpiritualRealities.You will experience Light, Darkness, Color, Shape and Form on the Astral Level; perceive Spiritual Tones and Sound in the Lower Spiritual Worlds; and then on into experiences of still higher worlds (note: deeper plane levels are more easily accessed when specific advanced breathing practices are used). 5) As YourConsciousnessMovesinto the CenterandthroughHigherSpiritual Realities,becomeawareof the naturalcountermovementof EnergyandLight expandingOUTWARDfromthe Centeras youmoveyourattentionInwardat the Center. This is understood in Sacred Geometry as an expansion of a Sphere outward from the central point, creating a powerful SUN radiation from the Spiritual Center (this is a manifestation of the expansioncontraction spiritual principle used in higher level Initiation work). This Spiritual Sphere emanating from the Center manifests in a variety of forms, depending on what level of the subtle bodies we are experiencing. Notes: The Rosicrucian teacher Rudolf Steiner clarified the expansioncontraction principle, as a part of the new Etheric Physics learned in Modern Initiation. Meditative exercises based on this principle are an integral part of the complete system to develop the New Clairvoyance. Samuel Sagan of the Clairvision School teaches the inward movement at the energy center as his involution method, with conscious awareness of the sensations and other phenomena arising specifically at the etheric and astral levels.
