OBJECTIVE
The objective of our project is to visit an organization and to collect relevant information about the organization such as what type of feeling does the organization give, the name of the company, year of formation, ownership, major departments, and major competitors. We also have to prepare a questionnaire including all the important details that includes all the necessary information that are required for the completion of the project and it has to be filled by the employees of the organization.

INTRODUCTION
RELIANCE SUPER is one of the prestigious brand of RELIANCE RETAIL. RELIANCE RETAIL is a part of RELIANCE INDUSTRIES LIMITED. Reliance industries are the largest conglomerate in India. It has annual turnover of US$ 40 billion. This a retail group of Reliance industries limited. It also has many other brands like, Reliance time out, Reliance digital, Reliance wellness, Reliance AutoZone, Reliance istore etc. Reliance group was established in 1970s and its head office is in Mumbai. The main point is that it follows a strategy that is Backward Integration Strategy. Reliance super is a big brand of Reliance retail. This is a smaller version of hypermarket. Reliance super also boasts of a host of Reliances own apparel brands in select categories with superior quality and affordable prices wear. There are many more products that will be exclusively available in Reliance Super stores only.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

Research methodology is a careful investigation for inquiring in a systematic method and finding solution to a problem. It comprises of defining and redefining of a problem formulating hypothesis, collection and evaluating, data making detection and reaching conclusion. SOURCE OF DATA

Primary data. RESEARCH METHOD Here we will be using primary source of data for collecting the information i,e. Questionnaire and verbal interviews

ACTIVITIES IN THE ORGANISATION

Morning Briefing session (store manager tells about todays target,lumpsome target,loyalty cards,ROMA-Reliance Of Member Association) Weekly Meeting among different depatment.

S.W.O.T ANALYSIS OF RELIANCE SUPER Sterngth:: First to start retail ternd in India. Turnover of US $40 billion in 2009. Generating 1.5 million jobs in India. Free membership card to its customer. Latest software and technology like SAP, RETAILX Weakness:: Lack of detailed region specific customer data. Lack of trained personal at all level. Insufficient stock. No proper system to solve customer complaints regarding products.

Opportunities:: India is ranked no. 1 for international destination for retail investment. Retail sector will grow upto 70% by 2015 Food retailing is expected to grow to US $ 2 billion. Threats:: Wall mart Vishal Mega Mart. Future Group Big Bazaar, Food Bazaar, e- Zone, Central mall Aditya Birla Group. Spencer Tata Group.

LIMITATIONS
1. Lack of trained personnel at all level. 2. Insufficient stock.

3. No proper system to solve customer complaints about any product.

4. Only questioner is the method for the customer feedback.

5. Recruitment is done only through open interview.

RECOMMENDATION
1. Bill counter should be increased. 2. Salesmen should be more qualified.

3. Stock should be increased. 4. Job rotation should be increased. 5. Customer feedback should be taken more frequently. 6. Only fresh eatable product should be kept.
