Terms & Condition

First of all SSAC & ABSS Ltd. will make an agreement as per the proposal. In this step, SSAC need pay the signing amount (BDT Two Lac only) as per the above table. On submission of SRS (System Requirement Specification) Document which contains the Analysis & Design of the ERP system, SSAC will pay BDT Five Lac only as per the above table. ABSS will gradually develop the proposed modules, deploy and give user training in batch process mode mentioned in the above table. So, SSAC will ensure the payment following the schedule. For working in a smooth manner, SSAC will give time schedule of the people of corresponding department, so that they can give their input properly and in timely manner (as per schedule requirement analysis duration is 3.5 months). In case of delay due to this issue, ABSS will not be accountable for project delay. For Analysis, Design and Development process, SSAC will arrange a sitting arrangement of 5 people at SSAC premise with Internet connection. Proposed ERP system is compatible with any kind of Database system. ABSS will provide the system with open-source software (Database-Postgre, WebServer-Apache Tomcat). If SSAC wants to use licensed product like Oracle Database or Weblogic server, then SSAC authority have to manage the corresponding licenses on their own. In this point, ABSS can assist SSAC. ABSS will not be liable for any delay caused by Civil Commotion, National Disaster or political unrest. ABSS would not be liable for the delay caused by the customer to provide required contents, pictures and necessary decisions. SSAC has to provide all of their logo, contents, papers required for web-site development, business logic with the 5 working days after the placement of work order. All relevant text/content, graphics, picture, PPT (Power Point Presentation) for the web site, should be provided from SSAC end. (ABSS will not take any responsibility about content writing, Picture snap, Video shots or PPT making etc.) SSAC may express idea about the web site before starting of the development work; no changes will be accepted once the development work starts. Taxes and duties: The above mentioned professional fee exclusive of all Tax, Vat& other duties.

Licensing Agreement
Copyright Developed Application will belong to the Advanced Business Solution n Support Ltd. all environmental Software licenses will be procured by client where applicable. 1. Advanced Business Solution n Support Ltd. provides the development and implementation support part of Development and Application. 2. The application will be solely used in particular server mentioned and installed by Advanced Business Solution n Support Ltd., if Client required to use this application in any other server, they need to inform Advanced Business Solution n Support L td. 3. Advanced Business Solution n Support Ltd. will provide 6 months post implementation support warranty for error & bug fixing. 4. Advanced Business Solution n Support Ltd. will also provide 6 months on call basis support for further maturity of the software.
