Enzymatic instrument cleaner / disinfectant

Alkazyme is a combined Cleanser & Disinfectant agent for the decontamination of instruments prior to sterilisation. With its enzymatic action Alkazyme achieves rapid results and can be used in either static baths, ultrasonic baths or auto washers. Safe T o Use Alkazyme is non toxic, biodegradable and free from Aldehyde, Chlorine or Phenols. Powerful Action Combined Enzymatic Disinfectant and Detergent System makes Alkazyme the ideal decontaminant agent for: Rigid & flexible Endoscopes Dental Instruments Orthopedic instruments such as Raspers and Reemers and fine instruments including Biopsy Scissors Choice Of Size/Format Water Soluble Sachets Tub of 100 x 5gm sachets (100 litres) Tub of 100 x 25gm sachets (500 litres) Loose powder (with dosing spoon) Tub of 750gm powder (150 litres) Tub of 2000gm powder (400 litres) Liquid Concentrate 1 litre concentrate with integral dosing device, makes up to 100 litres of solution (10ml = 1ltr)

Pleasant Fragrance Helps mask other unpleasant odours. Directions For Use Dissolve Alkazyme in warm tap water to the recommended dilution rate. Completely immerse, preferably disassembled, instruments into the solution for a minimum 5 minutes. On removal rinse instruments thoroughly in clean water. Change to fresh solution daily or earlier should gross soiling of the solution become evident. Unused solution can be stored for use within 8 days. RECOMMENDED DILUTION RATES For effective Instrument decontamination Dissolve Alkazyme in warm tap water at the following ratios: Loose Powder 5 grams of powder to 1 litre of water. Water Soluble Sachets 1 x 5gram sachet to 1 litre of water. 1 x 25gram sachet to 5 litres of water. Liquid Concentrate 10ml to 1 litre of water REMOVES BIOFILM Soaking instruments within solution at 40C with a 5 minute contact time will remove biofilm contamination. CLEANING/DISINFECTION ACTIVITY Reduces bio Burdon on instruments prior to sterilisation Dissolves proteins rapidly (Blood/Saliva/Faeces etc) Removes Biofilm contamination* *(5 minute immersion in solution at 40C) Continually Disinfects contaminated wash water.
