In five short sentences, introduce yourself in writing (50 points) I am Jessa G. Lizada, 19 years of age. I lived at Mandaluyong City. I am an HRM student of Jose Rizal University. I am the eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Lizada. I am friendly, kind person. 2. Explain your expectation as a student trainee (25 points) As a student trainee my expectation is based of what I can do during the duties my expectation is to learned a lot of things that I needed to do. 3. How can you contribute to the company productively (25 points) Although Im a student trainee I know that I can contribute in some things that I learned when I was in school, like i know how to be a responsible on my job I show my special skills.

TEST C 1. PERSONAL 1.1 TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF Basically, Im the kind of person who enjoy talking with a lot people even sometimes I get shy to talk with. And it comes to my study I studied very well I love variations because it keeps me going anyway. 1.2 WHAT MAKES YOU UNIQUE Every body has a unique personality, for me is simple that is I know how to handle the situation even its hard or not because sometimes other people cannot do the same.So whether the bad things may happen I know to how to face it. 1.3 WHAT GOALS HAVE YOU SET FOR YOURSELF? My goals to myself is to finish first my studies and after that find a better and stable company that will provide my need when I started to work their.

1.4 TO WHOM DO YOU OWE YOUR SUCCESS Of course to my family the reason why I reached my success all of them is my inspiration so I should owe my success to all my love ones. 1.5 WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE HOBBY AND WHY? My favorite hobby is to sing , I really like listening a music especially love songs it makes me feel relax and stress free. 1.6 WHAT MOTIVATES YOU Somehow my friends motivates me, I have so many friends some of them has always encourage me to do the things that sometimes I forget to do. 2. Having a problem in the kitchen and my members panic. They do not know what to do, Ill talk to them in a very nice way and tell them that they should calm and listen to my instructions very well so that they will know what to do next and we can work as a team. I would say that my strong interpersonal skills are one of my greatest strengths and skills, I work easily with others .

4.1 WHY ARE YOU INTERESTED IN OUR ORGANIZATION? Im a good at organizational skills, prioritization and time management. But my greatest strength is my ability to effectively handle multiple projects and deadlines. 4.2 WHAT TYPE OF POSITION ARE YOU SEEKING? The type of position that im seeking is a position that fit on me like a customer service associate to show my skills when it comes how to face any kind of customer or chef because in some way I tried to cook and prepared a dish. 4.3 WHAT MAKES YOU THINK YOU CAN HANDLE THE POSITION? Yes I will. I enjoy learning new things, and getting the job done, Im a fast learner who adapts quickly to change and will hit the ground running. 4.4 WHAT SHOULD MY COMPANY BE INTERESTED IN YOU? Ive taken courses in time management and learned effective delegation techniques, and Ive feel overcome this things.
