Country: Italy Name: Van Trinh Dear Honorable Chair and Fellow Delegates, Education is the freedom and right that everyone supposes to get during their life. But unfortunately, not everyone could have that right. A lot of developing and developed countries, that many child could not go to school because of their family finance, school institution is very expensive or the discrimination of religion and domestic issues. More than one of five adult in developing countries could not read or write, more than 115 million could not attend to primary education and 226 million children could not go to secondary education. United Nation concern education is required solution to help people could escape from poverty Even though, Italy is developed country but Italy is the poorest countries in the European Union that more than two million kids still live in poverty. Different from North of Italy with the developing of private companies, the Southside of Italy is mostly dependent agriculture and there is own family farming field. The agriculture is only take 4.2 % of Italy economic but most the production is get from small size of enterprise. Farming need a large amount of worker to work on the farm so many kids is skipping the class to help their family financial. With the socialism government system, the government provides free education from primary to secondary education for all Italian children. Not all of them were interest; the dropout rate is increasing as going to higher level. Italy drop out is 5.6 % on primary education, 17.1% on secondary education and the highest rate on the university with more than half ,65.9% compare to whole nation. However, school has lack of education material and teacher. Some of school didnt provide enough books and teachers. Kids could not get the basic reading and math skills. Many kids were never use of computer. Many children get bored and try seeking jobs outside before they finish secondary education. Some of them have to be babysitting for their family for their parent to go to work. Italy is also concern about the education is solution for development for Italy. Italy encouraged other country to supplies for Italy for the education resource like technology, books. Italy will try to financial the family and provide more machine that help the family could get harvest faster, dont need to use many people to work on the farm. Italy also build school and the babysit center for all the level, training and get more qualified teacher to encourage student go to school. In order to help everybody to have access qualified education, Italy need hand from different country.

With other country, Italy command other country to have donated from different organization and different country. And all of the donation been secure with the secret code that with keep security, create fairness and be sure could reach hand to family that need.
