Decision WedecidedthatitwouldbeariskytransactionwithRudysCameraShoptoapprovetheirapplication forcredit.ThefollowingdetailsofRudyscredithistoryledtoourdecisiontodenyMr.Kasbekars application: 558Creditscore Latepaymenthistory:16timesinthepast2years $14,000inoutstandingdebtwithanotherelectronicsdistributor WhileapprovingMr.Kasbekarslargeorderwouldproducemoresales,hisbadcreditdidnot guaranteefullpayment.Duetohislatepaymenthistory,hewasdeemedrisky.Acredittransactionwith himcouldpotentiallyresultinalossforUniworldElectronics.However,werealizedthelifetimevalue thatRudysCameraShoprepresentsasacustomeranddidnotwanttoforfeitthatpotentialrevenue. ThedecisiontodenyMr.Kasbekarsorderduetobadcreditrequiredtactfulcommunicationto preserveourbusinessrelationship. Response Weconcludedthatusinganinductiveapproachwouldbemosteffectivetodeliverthisnegativenews.
