Oracle Application Express (Oracle APEX), formerly called HTML DB, is a rapid web application development tool for the Oracle database. Using only a web browser and limited programming experience, you can develop and deploy professional applications that are both fast and secure. Creation of Workspace
Step - 1 Firstly, Login to internal workspace with its credentials.
Step 2. Click on Create Workspace button to creating new workspace in Oracle APEX 4.2

Step - 3. Now give Workspace Name and then click on Next button.

Step 5. Now give admin username and then click on Next button.

Step - 7. Now click on Done button.

Step - 9. And login to created workspace.
Step 10 When you login first time to your created workspace so we will need to change its password. So give Old and New password and then click on Apply changes button.

Creation of Customer Form in Oracle APEX 4.2

Step - 1. Firstly, Login in Oracle APEX with created workspace.
Step - 2. Now click on Application Builder tab and then click on Database Application, and then click on Create button to create database application for Customer Form.

Step 3 Now select Database and then click on Next button.
Step 4 Now, give Name of this application and specify required setting and then click on Next button.

Step 5. Now select Form and then select table for this form, but firstly create table in oracle and then select table for this page and then click on Add Page.
Step 5. Now add page for Billing Information.

Step 6. Now add page for Shipping_Information.
Step - 7. Now add page for Correspondence.

Step 8. These are page of Customer Form. Now click on Next button.
Step 9 Now if you want to copy shared Component form Another Application so select Yes otherwise No and then click on Next button.

Step 10. Now, select date format and then click on Next button.
Step 11. Select themes and then click on Next button.

Step 12. Now, confirm you creating of database application and then click on Create Application.

Step 14. Now click on Run button to run this application.
Step 15. Now, give Username and Password and then click on Login button.

Step 16. These are Customer Application form.
Step - 17. This is blank table in Oracle database of Contact information.
Step - 18. click on Contact Info page.

Step - 19. Now, give Information on Contact Info page and then click on Create button.
Step - 20. So data is inserted on table.
Step - 21. Now, check data into oracle database.
