9 Prepare vehicle sticker of CNCEC. The sample of vehicle sticker has been submitted SAPMT for review. Pepare carry out color code for October with red color. The store office who name is Fu Guiliang, and his contact phone No. is 0515142538 (54) Electrical Tool/Equipment check by Electric Engineer on 18th Oct, 2012. Camp /Villa Track safety issues improvement. We will inspection to Villa next Sunday. The safety inspection for Villa has been finished by Richard Wang on 1st Oct, detail inspection form and corrective action please see appendix 1. Human Resource & Training Information We will hold internal training for all safety staff by Anwar next week. Completed camp evacuation chart Found fire-fighting emergency response team for camp. The team members minimum requirement 6 person, and then, well give him training and exercise. As per construction information from PM, we may start the backfilling for the 3 buildings next week, we need ready everything see below for make sure backfilling start in time. Orientation for drivers. Certification confirmation both drivers and vehicles. Prepared DTRA & JHA for backfilling and transport. Training for construction supervisor or engineers for DTRA All information about backfilling provide by Admin & construction department. Backfilling for operation room of RO will be start from 20th Oct (the related information sourced Mr.Faiyaz).
