Expatriation/ Repatriation FILING INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1: Declaration of Expatriation/ Repatriation (to President) Sign original in both places, and have notarized. Make copy. Send original to President. When return copy gets back, attach to copy of cover letter and photostat. The copy with the attached receipt put aside and store. Make several copies with the photostatted receipt for exhibits in future documents.

STEP 2 (a through d) can be done only after return copy of Declaration of Expatriation/ Expatriation gets back (see above). STEP 2a: Declaration and Formal Notice (to U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice) Sign original. With a staple, attach your Declaration of Expatriation/ Repatriation behind Attachment A. Make copies. Send original to Chief Justice of U.S. Supreme Court. When return copy gets back, attach to copy of cover letter and photostat. The copy with the attached receipt put aside and store. Make several copies with the photostatted receipt for exhibits in future documents.

STEP 2b:

Declaration and Formal Notice (to Oregon Supreme Court Chief Justice)

Sign original. With a staple, attach your Declaration of Expatriation/ Repatriation behind Attachment A, your Declaration of Non-Juristic Status and Formal Notice to Chief Justice Rehnquist behind Attachment B; and your Declaration of Non-Juristic Status; and Formal and Constructive Notice to State Governor behind Attachment C. Make copies. Send original to Chief Justice of State Supreme Court. When return copy gets back, attach to copy of cover letter and photostat. The copy with the attached receipt put aside and store. Make several copies with the photostatted receipt for exhibits in future documents.

STEP 2c:

Declaration and Formal Notice (to Governor)

Sign original.

With a staple, attach your Declaration of Expatriation/ Repatriation behind Attachment A, your Declaration of Non-Juristic Status and Formal Notice to Chief Justice Rehnquist behind Attachment B; and your Declaration of Non-Juristic Status; and Formal and Constructive Notice to Chief Justice of the State Supreme Tribunal behind Attachment C. Make copies. Send original to Governor. When return copy gets back, attach to copy of cover letter and photostat. The copy with the attached receipt put aside and store. Make several copies with the photostatted receipt for exhibits in future documents. STEP 2d: Notice to IRS Commissioner

Sign original. With a staple, attach your Declaration of Expatriation/ Repatriation behind Attachment A.and attach Declaration of Non-Juristic Status and Formal Notice to Chief Justice Rehnquist behind Attachment B. Make copies. Send original to Commissioner of Internal Revenue. When return copy gets back, attach to copy of cover letter and photostat. The copy with the attached receipt put aside and store. Make several copies with the photostatted receipt for exhibits in future documents.

Send every document reserving your rights. On every check you write, print "Tendered without prejudice" above your signature. This is not necessary if you have imprinted your checks as follows: John H. Doe without prejudice c/o POBox 111 Eugene, Oregon [97405] Sign each and every check above your endorsement (your name) using the language "Received without prejudice". Sign each and every other document using the language "without prejudice" above your name.
