1. Log in to your PC. 2. Launch an Internet Explorer Page. 3. Click on Tools and select Internet Properties.

Downloading the Citrix Web Client interface: 1. Open internet explorer and go to: https://secrm.sec.gov 2. Click on the second web link:
To download the SECs Citrix Program Neighborhood and Net6 VPN Client, please click here.
3. Enter your LAN Account name and password as if you where trying to log into your PC in the office.
5. Once the download has completed. Go to the directory where you saved the package and install it.
Its a silent install and should take about 3-4 minutes
Connecting to the SECs WINDOWS 7 Citrix Site: 1. Click the internet explorer icon. 2. Enter https://secret1.sec.gov in the address bar and click enter. 3. Log in to Citrix with your Domain credentials and PIN/RSA token information and click Login.
Note: If you fail the EPA (End Point Analysis) see page 6 for basic troubleshooting steps 4. Now that you have logged on you may proceed to access whatever you need to. If you look to the Bottom-Right hand side of this window you will see the Message Center.

Typically, youll need to download the Citrix Client Package if you havent done so already on your own. Please note that McAfee takes an estimated 8 minutes to install, during which time the installation may appear to be stuck or stalled. This is normal behavior for the installation please do not interrupt or stop the installation until you see a message similar to this
3. If you have failed EPA Scan and you do not see a pop-up box like the one above. Verify your WINDOWS 7 Machines Security settings.
WINDOWS 7 Machines are installed with security features activated. Those pop-ups will ask you if you wish windows to allow access. Remember you are attempting to access a Secure Federal Government website. You will need to adjust your WINDOWS 7 security settings and browser to allow this. (SEE PAGE 1 & 2 for details on how to set Internet security parameters)
