What Happens If I Have to Cancel? Confirm your cancellation in writing (letter or fax) on or before 2nd June 2008 and receive a refund less a 10% service charge. If you cancel between 2nd June 2008 and 9th June 2008 then you will receive a 50% refund. Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received less than one week prior to the conference.
