TheLadders Resourcing Team are well versed in understanding how to reach the specific skills & candidate profiles amongst our audience of 150,000 searchable profiles & will work to provide a minimum shortlist of five CVs matched to the briefing call that will be recently & currently active candidates

Shortlist #2 (delivered ongoing through 28-days)

The second shortlist will be a result of an ongoing provision of relevant and suitable candidates matching the brief from the published job advertisement on TheLadders.co.uk throughout its full 28 day duration. The Resourcing Team will also add to the shortlist with any newly registered CV profiles that match the brief.
