The above sanction is subject to the compliance of following conditions:
1) The above permission shall be applicable w.e.f. 01.04.2013 to 30.09.2013 and w.e.f. 1.10. lO13 to 31.3.2014 for the FY 2013-14
only.
2) The above consumers shall have to deposit processing fee, If applicable, for availing peak o,ad exemption @ Rs. 50/- per kVA of
peak load sanctioned in their favour in the Electrical Sub- Division, Heddi . '' with in 15 days from the date of issue of
this order as per the Schedule of Tariff and Schedule of General and Service Charges appli :able, failing which the permission so
granted shall be applicable from the actual date of deposit of processing fee by the consu nero
3) The above consumers shall restrict the load as mentioned above during the evening peak load hours.
4) The consumer shall be billed for peak hours load as per schedule of tariff In force or as amended from time to time.
5) In case of power shortage/ circumstances, the HPSEBL reserves the right to Igulate and impose any restrictions from
time to time including withdrawal of the sanction as may be deemed fit to regulate the st. pply in the most efficient manlier. The
HPSEBL shall not be responsible for any loss suffered by the consumer on this Account.
6) The sanction will not confer any right on the consumer to draw any additional power other than that permitted to him during the
period when power restriction is imposed.
7) The normal duration of peak load hours shall be as per tariff order applicable.
8) In case of infringement of the peak load hou'l restrictions, supply to consumer sh ti l be disconnected if the consumer
violates the peak hours restrictions five times. Peak load violation charges shall be recove 'ed as perSchedule of Tariff in force OR as
amended from time to time for supplies given under the order.
9) The Additional Security Deposit, if any, required on account of increase in energy bills due to sanction of above peak load hours
exemption, shall be regulated as per HPERC Security Deposit Regulations.
10) The peak hours load exemption Is further subject to overall ceiling of sanctioned Contract Demand for normal hours. In case, firm
reduces / has reduced its Normal Contract Demand to less than peak hours load exemptic n sanctioned then the peak hours load
exemption shall also automatically reduce to revised Contract Demand.
11) The PLE allowed for the FY 2013-14 vide this order Is further subjected to Senctioned Contract Demand(kVA) belnlavailed or
PLElkVA) allowed 115 above. whichever Is minimum.
12) In use the consumer does not require ,PLE or wants to reduce the quantum of PLE allowHd durlnc winter months, the consumer
may apply for reduction/withdrawal to the concerned Chief Enllneer lOp).
13) HPSEBL reserves the rllht to review/restrict the PLE senctloned durinI SUmmer/Wlnter months at any time by leneral or speclflc
order as and when It find necessery to do so.
14) The above Sanction Is subject to the condition that fxlstlnl PLE/PLE already "owed Permenently will eutomatlcally reduce If the
Consumer has either already reduced the Contract Demand or after Senction reduces t he Contrect Demand durlnl the PLE period
for the respective Rnaneial Year" wherever Applicable. The A.E./A.E.E., ESD, 8edell should ensure the
appllCllblilty of the seme.
15) The above sanction Is subject to the condition that the above consumers shall abide by al conditions referred to in Clause 1 to 14
above. In case of infringement of any of the conditions referred to above or as may be im )osed by the Board in this respect from
time to time, this sanction shall be cancelled. This shall be without prejudice to any other action required against the consumer in
accordance with the rules in force from time to time.

proper check as per this sanction and take further action as provided under rules/conditions of supply as referred above . He is
further advised to ensure that the above consumers deposit the processing fee , if applic' ble, in his Sub Division within 15 days
positively for availing peak load exemption @ Rs. 50/- per kVA of peak load al owed by the Board as per the Schedule of
Tariff and Schedule of General and Service Charges applicable and further clarified vide t his office Circular No. HPSEB
Ltd/CE(COMM)/SERC-15/09-1/9320-619 dated 24.02.09, failing which the sanction will bE effective from the actual date of deposit
of processing fee by the consumer.
7.0 All the industrial units as mentioned above. They are advised to Immediately contact AEE, Elect. Sub-Division, HPSEB
Ltd, Heddi to peak load exemption processing fee, if applicable, @ R!:. 50/- per kVA for the load allowed during
eveninll oeak hours.
