The above entitled case having been referred to Joseph I. Cassilly, the State's
Attorney for Harford County, and the said State's Attorney for Harford County, having
considered the said case, and being duly authorized by law, now comes into the said Court and
for and on behalf of the State of Maryland, gives the Court here to understand and be informed
that, CHRISTOPHER MICHAEL BEHLES, on or about April8, 2013, in Harford County,
unlawfully did recklessly engage in conduct, to wit: discharging a firearm in the direction of a
vehicle, occupied by William Redding Harvey, 5th, that created a substantial risk of death or
serious physical injury to William Redding Harvey, 5th, contrary to the form of the Act of
Assembly, in such case made and provided and against the peace, government and dignity of the
State.
