Actual notice of the organic law as expressed within the foundational documents of the Republic of Georgia, America Paragraph

I. Life, liberty, and property. No person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property except by due process of law. Paragraph III. Freedom of conscience. Each person has the natural and inalienable right to worship God, each according to the dictates of that person's own conscience; and no human authority should, in any case, control or interfere with such right of conscience. Paragraph VI. Libel. In all civil or criminal actions for libel, the truth may be given in evidence; and, if it shall appear to the trier of fact that the matter charged as libelous is true, the party shall be discharged. Paragraph XIII. Searches, seizures, and warrants. The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures shall not be violated; and no warrant shall issue except upon probable cause supported by oath or affirmation particularly describing the place or places to be searched and the persons or things to be seized. Paragraph XVI. Self-incrimination. No person shall be compelled to give testimony tending in any manner to be self-incriminating. Paragraph XXIX. Enumeration of rights not denial of others. The enumeration of rights herein contained as a part of this Constitution shall not be construed to deny to the people any inherent rights which they may have hitherto enjoyed. This document is actual notice that these and other laws created to protect (parent), (parent), their children, and family have been broken by numerous and specific parties under the pretense of government. Said laws have been knowingly, willingly, and intentionally violated effecting substantive, psychological, physiological, and lasting harm to the aforementioned. Understand that the "immunization education" has been unlawfully decreed by Lisa Rambo and James W. Hurt on December 8th, 2013. (parent)'s do not attend said "education" of their own free will. (parent) and S(parent) attend said education based upon the following written threat to do actual harm underneath said decree: "Any deviation will result in the child(our son ) being taken into emergency custody, and the non-complying parent will be subject to civil contempt." Respectfully note that such abuses of power are not authorized by the law of the land and that so-called "official immunity" will not be a valid defense for any party found to have broken the law in this instant matter. The offenses referred to herein are controversial ergo actionable in a lawful court authorized to hear and adjudicate such matters. Be advised, if you (a human being and natural person) violate our god given and natural rights then you may be called upon to answer for your violative actions by a court of law and of due process. Please govern yourself appropriately in this profoundly serious matter.
