PREFACE
As a part of my M.B.A (Master in Business Administration) program I was asked to under go summer training, so as to give exposure to practical management, Research gives an ample opportunity to apply once academic knowledge in the field of substantiated by ones inactive and lesion capabilities. The basic purpose of this project report is to present the subject matter in simple language and easily understandable style to assist the reader to develop through understanding about the actually marketing strategies of the company. It gives me great pleasure in presenting the project on, tried to call out priorities interpret and finally put down my analysis. EFFECTIVENESS OF EMPLOYEE WELFARE PROGRAM IN SHRIRAM PISTON GHAZIABAD This project is basically based on the employee welfare Policy applied in this organization. My objectives are to present situation of the employees mind that they are satisfied with the welfare program policy or not. Another objective of the project is to provide the execution with a framework for analysis of problems, Related to Employee welfare policy Program. The matter of this project is preparing scientifically and analytically. Every best effort has been made to include the information used in Decision - making. Not only I hope but believe that it would give the help to the organization.
