7 LOGISTICAL PROCESSES
1. Quality Talent Pre-selection Stage
L.A. International provides the shortlist of ICEP offers along with its required Human Talent Profile, Learning Program, Training-Plan Manual, Development Exposure, and Program Timeline from the Foreign Partner Partner School reviews and recommends applicants who passed their own selection;

2. Customized Application Stage


School Certification as a bonafide Human Talent of the school before and after the program NOTE: Selective Acceptance for applicants who are already graduated (limited). Send CV. Fill out Application Form and Pass Resume Create a 2-minute Video Resume 1st Cycle Interview with L.A. Partner schools get informed of First Cycle passers 2nd Cycle Interview (Skype) with Foreign Training Coach 3rd Cycle Interview (Skype) with Prospect Exposure Supervisor/Employer

3. Cost-Efficient Admission Stage


After Application Stage, passers shall be given a Training Order and/or Confirmation Contract : Education/Training Program Job Description Accommodation Condition Allowance Details

Upon Agreement of the Training Order, L.A. and the Human Talent along with parents will sign and or provide the following: Contract Confirmation/Training Order Statement of Understanding Waiver Affidavit of Parental Consent and Disclaimer Medical, Drug, and Psychological Tests Insurances (Health, Travel) other documents indicated by the Foreign Partner

Pay PHP15,000.00 Registration Fee

4. Meticulous Consular and Legal Processing Stage

Servicing of Human Talents visa applications and other logistical procedures such as, Invitation letters and all other documents deemed necessary for visa application Facilitation of documents sending to the embassy. Booking of Air Tickets and Accommodation during visa application (optional; not part of package) Logistical Assistance before, during and after Visa Interview

5. Training and Preparation Stage


Cultural Preparation/Seminar/Orientation for the Human Talents to be more confident, savvy and equipped in an exchange abroad.

6. Consistent Servicing Stage

Effective communication and feedback management from our stakeholders; Foreign Partner, School Administration, and Parents and Human Talents. Pre-Mid-Post Evaluations for the Foreign Partners, the School and the Human Talents

7. Debriefing Stage

Final Performance and Experience Assessment of the Human Talents throughout the program duration.

Exit Interviews: Future Plan coCreation

Applicants should be bonafide Human Talent of a tertiary education institution before, during and after the program

PROGRAM FEE

The Program Package for the International Cultural Exchange Program is as follows: SPAIN: PHP80,000.00 Program fee is applicable for 5-Months to 1 year program duration
