Touch Probes
The system consists of the following components: Probe The Marposs T25P hardwired touch probe is designed for use on all machine tools requiring the utmost measurement accuracy. Zero pre-travel and very low contact pressure ensures excellent levels of accuracy. Interface The dedicated E32RP interface receives and processes the signal from the probe and relays it directly to the machine tool CNC. Probe supports The Mida range of probe supports ensure perfect mounting and connection between the interface and probe
Advantages
High precision touch probe Zero pre-travel ideal for contoured surfaces Ultra-compact probe ideal for use on small machines Resistant to extreme working conditions Shock proof Immune to false triggers

E32RP interface
The dedicated E32RP interface receives and processes the signal from the probe and relays it directly to the machine tool CNC. The front panel of the unit features a terminal block for I/O connections and two LEDs that provide the following indications: Green LED on: the unit is connected to its power supply Yellow LED on: the probe stylus has been deected Yellow LED off: the probe stylus is in the home position Two switches on the top panel of the unit can be used to select the probe operating mode: STATUS output: the probe generates a touch signal that persists for the entire period that the stylus is deected. PULSE output: the probe generates a touch signal that persists for a xed period of time. DELAY mode: there is a delay between the moment the touch occurs and the moment the signal is generated. INST mode: the touch signal is generated instantaneously, as soon as the stylus touches the piece.
