Kingdom of Mann Obtains Infrastructure Support from International Law Centre Press Release: February 2013 King David

of the Independent Kingdom of Mann effectively secured full operational and infrastructure support of the Kingdom as an autonomous historical institution, through retaining the professional services of the Institute for Sovereign International Security (ISIS). ISIS is a Registered United Nations (UN) Civil Society Organization (CSO) and Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) of the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs, authorized to assign delegates and participate in official UN events that help shape its policies and programs. A contract of Engagement for Institutional Infrastructure Support of Kingship was signed on 15 February 2013. The contract gives the Kingdom of Mann the benefit of multiple expert and licensed services valued at 2.2 Million GBP over a period of 10 years, and is automatically renewable. It also makes the non-profit ISIS institute a joint partner in many philanthropic activities of the Kingdom of Mann, in the role of a subcontractor. Under that arrangement, it is truthful and accurate to say both that King David has hired a major international law firm for very expensive and valuable services, and also that the ISIS firm has donated such services pro bono to support the philanthropic activities of the Kingship, simultaneously. This balance demonstrates a trend of mutually beneficial win-win politics that have been consistently used by King David, to great positive effect in many areas. The services provided, in furtherance of the historical missions of the ancient Celtic and medieval Christian ancestors of the Independent Kingdom of Mann, include: Legal support, diplomatic support, operational support, transactional support, historical and cultural support, and ecclesiastical and aristocratic support. The ISIS institute is a non-profit law centre, international security firm, United Nations level government contractor, and geopolitical think tank, as well as a human rights and philanthropy advocate. It specializes in promoting the principle of national sovereignty as a form of international democracy. The Institute of Sovereign International Security (ISIS) is a non-profit non-governmental organization (NGO), serving as an independent government contractor of multiple countries, for United Nations related international security projects as well as humanitarian projects. Many members of ISIS are professional diplomatic special envoys, expert economists or geopolitical strategists. The ISIS non-profit law centre and security institute, which is also an educational institution, had taken over the Historical Preservation Society (HPS) and its archaeology operations in July of 2012, under a merger and acquisition, making the HPS a Department of the larger ISIS organization.

Accordingly, the HPS will continue to provide support in historical research and archaeology to the Kingdom of Mann, which King David hopes will eventually lead to sponsorship of non-profit projects with various academic institutions and ecclesiastical organizations.
