V. Kannan, now residing at ME-10, Plot No. 29, Flat No. 501, Mussafah, Abudhabi, U.A.E., duly represented by his POWER OF ATTORNEY AGENT Mr. K. SENTHIL KUMAR, Son of Mr. V. Kannan, residing at Nos. 23 & 24, Kanmani Apartments, bearing Flat No. G-2, Gangai Nagar, First Cross, First Street, Velachery, Chennai 600 042, hereinafter called as the party of the first part Mrs. E. SELVARANI, wife of Mr. S. Elangovan, Hindu, aged about 41 years, residing at Plot No.6/45, Sri Sakthi Vijayalakshmi Nagar, Third Street, Velachery, Chennai 600 042, hereinafter called as the party of the second part Mrs. B. GEETHA, wife of Mr. J. Balaji, Hindu, aged about 35 years, residing at 1/183, Thirumalai Nagar, Thirupalai, Madurai 625 014, hereinafter called as the party of the third part. We, the above said parties have purchased undivided share of land and decided to construct flats on our own at the piece and parcel of Vacant Land to an extent of 2358 sq.ft. bearing Plot No. 421, Door No. 31 / 20, N.S.K. First Street, situated in the Scheme known as Nehru Nagar Part-2, Velachery, Chennai 600 042, comprised in T.S. No. 123 / 1 Part of VELACHERY VILLAGE, Mambalam-Guindy Taluk, Chennai. The Plan approved by Chennai Corporation, Zone 10, File No.COC/14823/11, Chennai Plan Approval File No. Zone 10/05837/2011 and Building Approval File No. 00005/12 dated 02/01/2012. WE HEREBY AGREED AND SIGNED ON THIS DAY 29TH WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 2012

SCHEDULE Party of the first part: Mr. Ramesh Kumar, holds proportionate 589.25 sq.ft undivided share of the land out of the total extent of 2358 sq.ft ( Doc No. 2329/11 dated. 02/05/2011) and the Flat Details G-1 (Ground Floor, Front Portion ) Approx 750 sq.ft Gound Floor including common area. Party of the first part: Mr. Ramesh Kumar, holds proportionate 589.25 sq.ft undivided share of the land out of the total extent of 2358 sq.ft ( Doc No. 2330/11 dated. 02/05/2011) and the Flat Details F-1 (First Floor, Front Portion) Approx 1100 sq.ft First Floor , including common area . Party of the second part: Mrs. E. Selvarani holds proportionate 589.25 sq.ft. undivided share of the land out of the total extent ot 2358 sq.ft (Doc No. 2331/11 dt. 02/05/2011) and the Flat details F-2 (First Floor, Rear portion) Approx 1000 sq.ft including common area. Party of the third part: Mrs. Geetha holds proportionate 589.25 sq.ft undivided share of the land out of the total land of 2358 sq.ft (Doc No. 2332/11 dt. 02/05/2011) and the Flat Details G-2 (Ground Floor, Rear portion) Approx 1000 sq.ft including common area.
