In the morning, my parents and my sister gave me a lot of presents. Then we went to the beach and I swam in the sea. The people who run the beach bar are my parents friends and they knew it was my birthday. They cooked us a big paella for lunch and my cousins and grandparents came to join us. I didnt understand why he had homework because it was July and we were on holiday! Then my other friends sent me text messages too. All the messages made strange excuses and said they couldnt meet me! I started to feel a bit upset! In the end I was bored, so I decided to go for a walk. After that, I went home and I got a big surprise! All my friends were at my house. They gave me a digital camera and a big birthday cake with sixteen candles. There are fifteen desks for thirty students we have to share the desks, but at least we have a chair each! Our teacher has got a big desk with lots of drawers and theres a blackboard at the front of the room. There arent any computers in our classroom, but theres a big television and an old video. My teacher has got a CD player too. There are two posters on the wall one of them has got pictures of London, and the other one has got a list of English verbs. Theres also a map of the world. Its very different to the classrooms in my brothers school. There, every classroom has computers and the teachers have whiteboards, which are interactive. The teachers can send images, sounds and text documents to their students. It sounds amazing! We have to spend three hours in this classroom every week. We have all our English classes here.
