As agreed by you, you have to provide covered shed for the lining work and closed storage space for keeping our materials safely.

The area of lining involved is around 1500 sq.meters and hence we required 2/3 weeks for mobilization of necessary men and materials , tools and tackles for the work at your site and the work will be completed within 8 / 10 weeks thereafter. This is subject to the condition that the M.S.Pipes and fittings should be sandblasted side by side and handed over to us for FRP lining. Any delay due to delay in sandblasting will not bind on us and it will affect on delivery schedule. ( Sand blast is not in our scope of supply.)

In normal circumstances, there is no chance for any cracks developing in FRP surface. We understand that the pipes are going to be buried underneath. We are sure that you would have taken care to design the pipe to take care of the debris load above them. Unless, your pipe is abused there is no chance of any crack developing on the FRP surface.

The FRP lined pipe should be handled properly and it should be lowered slowly using slings when buried into the earth and should not be rolled down. No mechanical impact should be allowed once lining is completed so that you can avoid chances of any cracking / delamination. Hence ,the safety of lining is definitely depends on the way that the pipes are handled.

Minimum 3mm thickness is provided which is arrived by laying 3 layers of CSM450mat which is again covered with surface tissue and additional top coating. This is done mainly to take care of Porosity and with the tissue coverage and resin coating there is no porosity possible.

12 Regarding Delivery , we had already confirmed the same under Point No:6.
