Portland Summer Percussion Academy

June 25-29, 2013 Lewis and Clark College, Portland, OR

Come be a part of the inaugural Portland Summer Percussion Academy! This one week camp will feature sessions on: - Concert percussion techniques (snare drum, mallets, timpani, and accessories) - Clinics by Guest Artists - Solo and Ensemble Performance - Repertoire discussions - Masterclass opportunities for solo performance - Group rehearsals with a camp-ending concert of percussion ensemble music by participants - Guest artist concert by the Portland Percussion Group!

Daily Schedule: 10am - 5pm

Camp will conclude with a performance by participants on Saturday, June 29 Camp tuition: $245 (includes camp t-shirt) Note: Housing and meals are not provided for this workshop. Transportation to and from Lewis and Clark College each day is the responsibility of the participants. Pizza will be provided at one meal during the camp.
