Working Experience Presently working With M/s CPM India Sales & Marketing Pvt. Ltd. Process of NOKIA INDIA as a Sr. Executive HR, North India Operation till Jan - 2010. Company Profile: Nokia has established itself as the market and brand leader in the mobile devices market in India. The company has built a diverse product portfolio to meet the needs of different consumer segments and therefore offers devices across five categories i.e. Entry, Live, Connect, Explore and Achieve. These include products that cater to first time subscribers to advanced business devices and high performance multimedia devices for imaging, music and gaming. Job Responsibility:1. HR GENERALIST AREAS/ CORE HR DOMAIN
Handling man power planning. End to End Recruitment process [Hands on Experience on Job Portals i.e., naukri.com, monster.com, with Sourcing Methodologies, Screening, Short-listing, suitable candidate for organization. Completing Joining formalities and relieving procedures. Induction/ G.D. / Training and Development/ ER Management/ Exit Interviewses/ Attrition Issues. Effective Retention Policies/ Admin Responsibility. Motivation/ Communication Skills/ Time Management/ Goal Setting. Preparation of Offers letters & Appointment letters with appropriate salary break-ups in consultation with accounts department. Preparing of PJP of Nokia Route Trainer & training schedule for promoter every months.

PF/ ESI/ Profession Tax/ Statutory Acts, Rules, Procedures, Forms, Formats Filings etc. Designing CTC and salary break up and discussion on compensation and benefits. Payroll processing supported by Real time exposure to the Pay roll software.
