ROLE DESCRIPTION
Able to concoct, design, create, align and mobilise senior individuals in the delivery of a new paradigmshifting capability that can transform the market or the organisation delivering competitive advantages and extending the fabric of the organisation, helping to shape and define it. Able to mobilise, oversee and be accountable for multiple holistic business transformation initiatives. You are able to grow organisational capability and achieve business outcomes through others without needing to be involved in the development of the operations. Able to lead and take accountability for the design and execution of end-to-end physical and cultural organisational change. and take a holistic view of your organisation and understand the integrated design of it's components (processes, information, controls, roles/skills, behaviour & culture). Able to deliver human behavioural change and align individual professional agenda's around an organisational agenda. This helps shape the solution and deliver the required functional and operational changes that otherwise would not have been successful. Able to effectively evaluate, design and deliver functional performance improvements for parallel, complicated, multi-disciplined, multi-phased, cross functional business processes. Able to structure and prioritise complicated problem sets into a comprehensive hierarchy of necessary components.

Able to design and deliver functional improvements around a linear, single discipline business process. Able to take a non-complex business issue, evaluate the problem and make clear recommendations for improvement supported by a robust business case and validated design.

How long will it take? Its very easy to complete. It is based on a set of 22 competencies every business professional needs to develop during their career and each competency comprises of 3 multiple choice questions. It will take you about 45 minutes but you dont have to do it all at once, you can close the application and come back to it later. The survey will remember where you last left off.

AIBA Accreditation is step 2 after your self assessment and involves a 2 hour coaching conversation with an AIBA accredited assessor. Together you will review your assessment results and discuss each of the competencies and whats involved to shift your capability and thinking to the next level to help you advance in your career as well as your own professional development . You will receive: Access to the self assessment facility . It takes 60-90 minutes and you can complete it in your own time A personalised report outlining your competency strengths and areas for further development Formal Accreditation at AIBA Self-Assessment competency level (1-9) benchmarked against the AIBA professional development framework and an AIBA certificate of Accreditation A 2 hour Coaching Conversation with an AIBA Accredited assessor
