Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) seeks an Intern Sustainability Disclosure Database

Internship 40 hrs p/w 6 months ( 900,- p/m gross). Internship Summary GRI is looking to recruit an intern to support the upkeep of the Sustainability Disclosure Database and functioning of the Data Partner Program. The main tasks will be to assist in back-end work around the database, data collection activities, analysis of sustainability reporting trends, and communication with GRIs global Data Partners through multiple channels, including a quarterly newsletter and LinkedIn Group. The intern will also provide support for additional services offered by GRI Report Services, as needed. The position is available for a minimum period of 6 months on a full time basis with a possibility of extension of 6 months. Other tasks Report registration in GRIs CRM GRI website updates Database related bug-tracking Organize files for import into the database Generate bi-weekly Reports List Create and distribute monthly statistics around reporting trends Ad-hoc / as required Key competencies/requirements Advanced level fluency in written and spoken English Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Previous work with a CRM, specifically Microsoft CRM, considered a bonus Analytical Strong attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness Demonstrated ability to work with individuals from a range of backgrounds and various levels of management Good team player Contact details Interested people eligible to work in the Netherlands are asked to submit a detailed CV and a short cover letter that describes how this placement may advance their future intentions and goals in the sustainability field and what their qualifications are for the position.
