Project Leader, Liver-targeted thyroid hormone receptor agonist for the treatment
of elevated LDL cholesterol
Designed and implemented of sub-chronic safety studies, pharmacokinetic (PK)
and pharmacodynamic (PD) studies in both small and large animals
Performed complex statistical analyses of continuous, non-continuous and
categorical data using JMP software (SAS Corporation), Sigma Plot, Basic
pharmacokinetic analysis (WinNonLin-Pharsight, Inc.), and lipomic data
analysis
Designed and implemented a company-wide wellness program to encourage
non-athletes to start and continue a voluntary wellness program. Program
achieved more than 75% voluntary participation.
Co-authored 5 published peer-reviewed manuscripts and 6 meeting
presentations disclosing MB07811 for the treatment of elevated LDL
cholesterol, obesity and hepatic steatosis
