We do not control or operate any Airline, Railway, Coach Company neither do we own or control any hotel, transport, restaurant or any other facility or service mentioned in this brochure / itinerary. We take care in selecting all the ingredients in your holiday. Since we only select and inspect them and have no other control in the running, we cannot be held responsible for any mis-happening, loss, injury etc. Hotels & Rooms a. b. c. d. Accommodation will be provided Subject to Availability and Prior Confirmation. Accommodation in good Hotel (Dlx / 2* / 3* / 4* as per your package/ tour type), including extra folding mattress, TV, Attach Toilet- Bathroom etc. Air-conditioning / Air Cooler / Central Heating / Hot Water and other facilities are solely at the hotelier's discretion, depending upon factors such as weather conditions, tour type, and time etc . For all tours, accommodations in the hotels are made in standard rooms only. But normally, we provide mix type (all type) of rooms; depending on group strength & rooms availability.

Check in & Check Out - Generally Hotels Check out Time is 10am, Check in time 12 noon, Early Check in & late check out depend on rooms availability & the hotelier. For Stud. - Accommodation is generally provided on Quad sharing bases. 3 Stud. stay on twin bedded & 1 on roll away mattress. But some time in large room / family room / if group strength is odd, then sharing can be done 5-6 stud. per room. For Teachers Accommodation 3 teachers sharing per room. Foods & Restaurants We maintain the quality of food during the tour. We provide specially prepared delicious & Hygienic food, only Veg. meal (Non Veg meal serve depend on your tour type). The type of meals is clearly indicated in the final itinerary & per day which meal will be served is mentioned in the day schedule & with extra service if any (mentioned in inclusion column). There is a pre-set menu as per the tour program. We serve only buffet system & a- la- carte is not possible (Normally serve in B/fast 1 type of continental +1- 2 type of North / South Indian + Tea / Coffee etc and in Lunch & Dinner - 2 any Veg. +1 any Dal + 1 any Rice + any Chapati + Salad) & in dinner 1 any desert also) But some where as per availability & group demand, we can serve Chinese / South Indian / Choupaty snacks also. During bus journey Enroute we serve meal in pre booked good restaurants / decent place / hotel., as buffet meal OR fix thali / snacks system (at some places however we provide limited meal & fix menu at Haldiram / Pizza hut / McDonald etc.). Usually we dont serve any meal during Train Journey. We can provide on your requirement, (on the basis of our pre decided contract) from Train Pantry car services. (Std. & fix thali Meal). Extra items amount will be paid by you. We cannot process special meal, nor can we guarantee a special diet for any particular guest, unless any solid reason, pre information & preference is given by you. We, however, reserve the right to change the meal arrangements & menu if circumstances make it necessary for us to do so. In the event of the tour participant / group missing any meal due to any reason, no claim can be made by the participant thereafter. During tour, except our mention serve meal part, others are extra (i.e. Extra Meal, Drinking Water, Snacks, Cold drink, Tea Coffee, Bed Tea etc) .

Insurance & Medical This is an Accidental Death Group Insurance, only for the duration of the tour, as per Travel policy of Insurance company Norms. (Not including any Disability, Medical, Hospital, Baggage loss etc) Please send all final Candidate / Passenger (Students Teachers Spouse - Wards Peon) list (With Name, Nominee, Age, Sex) for insurance, 10 7 working Days before departure of tour (between Monday Thursday), after that no insurance, no claim. Company will not accept any claim, beyond limit and terms & conditions of Insurance Company. Company is not responsible for any mis happening by any Circumstances. During the tour, ill health, any accident of any passenger, all Medicine, hospital expenses, doctor's fees and any other charges are the responsibility of the passenger. Once the insurance is done, no changes / replace / Add will be done and the new candidate move without insurance on their own risk To avoid any Inconvenience change of program has to be informed seven days before the Tour departure date.

Rates are Changeable if Fuel rates & any other taxes Hike. The Company shall charge extra amount for Extra Sight Seeing / Services / Day or Night stay / Meal due to any Circumstances, other than our final itinerary. Company shall not take any Responsibility for any damages or loss of property of clients during the Tour. Company is not responsible for any inconvenience, unavoidable circumstances and any reason created beyond our control such as political strikes, natural calamity, Jam, Bandh, Breakdown and Delay etc . Any Damage caused to the hotel, rooms, coach etc during your stay / trip, shall be borne by the concerned passenger. There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing etc not utilized on your tour. Tour Manager (Escort) & Tour In-charge (your Faculty) We advice you to co-operate with our manager in all respect to make your tour really enjoyable. Other passenger (except Tour in-charge) should not interfere in any matter, if required they can contact their tour in-charge. Passenger creating hindrance in the smooth operation of the tour, or found quarreling with the manager or other passengers, shall be asked to leave the tour at the spot, and shall not be refunded the amount. b. c. Allotment of rooms, daily food menu selection, day schedule, any discussion etc. will be discussed with the tour in- charge. However final decision will be of the tour manager. Tour Manager will discuss daily (morning / before night) all schedule, services, sight scenes, visiting time, journey time etc. to your tour In-charge only. In charge will inform the group. However any delay / missing any sightseeing by your group are not our responsibility. Company is authorized to Change the Hotels, Itineraries & Sight Seeing due to any Circumstances. All complaints are subject to Jaipur Jurisdiction.
