Particulars Detailed Design of the structure including skid base & U-clamped pipe supports with anchor point location. Detailed engineering with MTO to fabricate the structure and piping Supply of material,& fabrication, NDT and painting of Piping, All the piping material and fittings to be from reputed Vendors Piping shall be as follows as per Shell Piping requirement. Supply of material,& fabrication, NDT and painting of skid structure, Valves supports, lifting Lug / Hook design & supply, U clamps, Earthing Boss & its structure. The skid should be designed with (4) FOUR point lifting lugs designed so that no structural damage should occur, skid construction consisting of structural steel shapes and plates that meet ASTM A36 or equal, structural tubular material should meet API 5L or ASTM A500 or equal. Supply & fabrication as per the P & ID & GA,. Where ever operator access is required for the operation of equipment, grating to be provided. Supply of the hot dip galvanized stud bolts and gaskets for assembly work 5% extra. Insulating Gasket shall be given wherever dissimilar material is present Testing of Complete skid as per the specification ASME B 31.3 External coating of equipment, piping and complete skid as per shell Painting specification. Assembly of the skid with free issued equipments and instruments Leak test of the completed skid. Complete draining and drying have to be done if leak test is done with water. Hydrostatic pressure test to 1.5 times the maximum design pressure Supply of WNRF mating flanges for all the TP connections Supply of SS/GI cable trays, Supports, cables, cable gland Eex'd (CMP, Hawke or equivalent ) and electrical work as per the Instrument loop drawing (i.e. skid cabling, temporary cabling between & skid & panel) Supply of SS JB as per project specifications Supply of Cast Aluminum JB as per project specifications Skid cabling for instrumentation shall be in accordance with BS 5308 Part 1 Type 2 FRRT. 16. Cabling shall be secured with UV resistant cable ties, and sufficient free cable left at termination end to prevent stressing of instrument or cable. Each end of every cable shall be identified with project allocated cable number. Termination of Cable at both end (Instrument & JB end) Traffolyte label shall be fixed near to the instruments to show the location of the instruments Installation of all instruments including fabrication of supports Supply and installation of instrument shades for all field instruments Supply of impulse tube, tubing, instrument valves and tubing work for the PT and PG. Loop and megger checking of the electrical work. Flow Test to be done for skid. Assistance in FAT Flow Test to be done for each skid( for both wet and Dry test ) Supply of MRB and all final documentations Packing and preservation of skid as per End Users requirement Supply of MRB and all final documentations Provision of tools & tackles like HART communicator, mA source, pulse generator during Pre-FAT, FAT & Post FAT punch point clearance & assistance with qualified technician Provision of wet test trail (water as a product) & accessories like, spool piece, pump/motor with starter etc. Installation of other IT components like UPS (Emerson scope), panels, PC's etc. Temporary cables laying from skid to control panel, IT components, UPS etc. for FAT testing Fabrication of spreader bar Supply of 10% spare glands, gaskets of each size Heat insulation for entire skid Cost of Third Party witness for the inspections if any e.g. for Witness of WPS , PQR , Blasting paiting , hydrotest etc. GRAND TOTAL
