1. Project Description
West Coast Kix (WCK) is a West Coast inspired sneaker and street-wear boutique focused on providing exceptional service and a superior shopping experience to its customers. With its welcoming, friendly & helpful ambience it aims at providing selection, quality and value under one roof. It caters to its customer base via online shopping and retail store. WCK currently uses POS information system (IS) known as Retail Edge. The aim of this project is to propose certain modifications in WCKs existing Information System to enhance its customer relationship.

4. Vision
Our vision is to build West Coast Kix as a youth brand known for its great shopping experience. The proposed IT system will provide better understanding of customers demography and economic behavior translating into enhanced customization, creation of better incentives, and identification of potential market segment and development of a loyal customer base.

The scope of this project is to come up with recommendations for West Coast Kix about the new/modified ways of Information Technology that can be adopted to generate more profit and build a competitive sustainable advantage .Team Innova intends to create a Presentation that outlines the scheme which entails background information of the organization, an analysis of the WCKs market, and a discussion of the benefits, cost, limitations associated with the use of RetailEdge and recommendations that .
