Management Level of coordination with key business partners Adherence to operational processes Adherence to accounting (billing & payment) processes Overall Agency & Vendor Management & Performance Audit & Compliance Knowledge of all processes for Brand, Accounting, Risk, Audit and IRDA compliance Follow all laid down processes and compliance norms (Internal & External) Spends and Provisions Tracking & Reporting Team Development Development of individuals in team Team performance management
Desired Skills & Experience

Minimum of 7 yrs of experience in brand positioning and concept development, marketing planning including growth plans, brand guidelines, communication and activation Need to have actively managed brand building and have exposure to portfolio development (master brand + variant s/ sub brands) MBA - Marketing /Brand Promotion from premier B-School

Reporting into Head - Marketing, you will be responsible for: Ownership of the entire marketing plan/GTM from formulation to execution. Be a thought leader in creating value and proposition for the identified sectors. Identify new business development opportunities and realize the same through cross functional teams. Establishing and further strengthening the brand assets, both physical and digital. Formulate and execute communication strategy including PR & media to close deals with B2B clients. Nurture and build a team which becomes the ace B2B team in the industry. Key Deliverables include B2B Marketing and Sales Enablement: Through marketing strategies and sales tools across the business stakeholder channels. Event strategy: Partner with distribution sales team to define goals and maximize opportunities at events and conferences and with other marketing teams/businesses to align efforts, synchronize strategy and execution Demand generation: Manage creation of thought leadership to generate leads and drive sales, improve lead quantity and quality, shorten the sales cycle and improve close rates.

Revenue and Profit numbers need to be met.
