Job Responsibilities Human Resources, Health & Safety and Environment, Quality & Social Management Function: To manage & control a workforce of 3000 personnel. To train factory staff on buyer COCs and specifically on WRAP principle. To conduct training programs for staff and management system to enhance their knowledge with respect to Labour laws social management and quality management system. To look after the payroll and time management system based on ERP. To ensure all legal benefit and compensation of employees as per labour laws & Government gazette notification. To plan employee retention policies and budget policies for human resources section wise. To plan with management the budget for human resource and resources of factory. To appraise on yearly basis staff against their performance based on electronic Performance Management System to increase their pay or promote. To design and update appointment letter of contractual employees as law update for minimum wages and etc .To prepare contract for management staff. To arrange lawyer when needed to train staff on amendment in the existing laws of the country applicable to industries. To look after the administration and personnel activity in the factory. To look after and update Health & Safety parameter within factory with respect to fire Evacuation Plan and Training of fire fighter etc. To assist in managing HR functions through personnel department as well as IR functions. To develop & implement all social compliance depicted from local laws and customers code of conduct. Liaison with Government department. To deal with the external bodies e.g.EPA, SESSI, EOBI, Eduction Cess, Industrial Association etc. Conducting the internal audit for Social compliance, Technical compliance, SHE and Environment. Organize customer compliance audit/visits by involving the whole organization. Conduct in-house awareness/training sessions for Quality, Social Accountability SHE, and Environment Management System. Organize training/awareness session on customer code of conduct and other job related training programs. Conduct awareness session for companys suppliers/subcontractors at their premises regarding company code of conduct.
