Bergen, Doris L. "Hitler's Final Solution." Genocide. Ed. Christina Fisanick. Detroit: Greenhaven Press, 2007. Contemporary Issues Companion. Rpt. from "The 'Final Solution,'." The Holocaust: Introductory Essays. Ed. David Scrase and Wolfgang Mieder. Opposing Viewpoints In Context. Web. 18 Apr. 2013. In this article they discuss what Hitlers so called final solution was. His idea was to solve their Jewish problem in reality there was no problem the only problem there was that Hitler was trying to kill all the Jews in the world. I found this article of a database called Opposing viewpoints that is off our CSUN library website. I know this is an appropriate website because its from our school library website they only use trusted sources. I want to incorporate this source in my paper because I can make a connection to how the people in district 12 lived in fear and were barely surviving because their government was so controlling and instilled fear.

Collins, Suzanne. The Hunger Games. London: Scholastic, 2009. Print. In comparison to Hitlers regime, The Capital attempted to not exterminate a people but to always have full control of Panem. In the first chapter we are introduced to the countrys history and the reason behind the Hunger Games; an annual reminder that the government will always be in full control. This source

comes directly from Suzanne Collins book the hunger games. This is a trusted source because its a primary source of whats going on in Panem. I could use this source for my paper because it demonstrates how the situation in Panem is close to what happened in real life in Nazi Germany.

Ward, William. "The Unseen Message of The Hunger Games." Articles:. N.p., 2012. Web. 02 May 2013. This is an article that talks about how the true message of The Hunger Games is being understood by young kids and teenagers. It also talks about how the book demonstrates real ideas like communism, poverty, and love. This article can be a trusted source because the website talks about current issues and is updated constantly, aside from that most of the articles come from real people sharing their experiences. I plan to use this source in my paper by stating how The Hunger Games really shows us an example of a powerful government that is communist and doesnt tolerate any opposition. Wiesel, Elie. Night. New York: Bantam, 1982. Print. This book is autobiography of how Elie Weisel survived the holocaust, being in a concentration camp he managed to survive and see a brighter day. This is a trusted source because it is a first person point of view of someones experiences and how they managed to survive such a horrific incident. I plan to use this source by talking about how he had faith and believed that he could make it through just like Katniss did.
