Preparing a complete & realistic Time & Action Plan upon buyer confirmation on their orders
in advance of executing production to ship out within buyers' time frame and implementing
buyer’s requirement

Sampling : Organizing & providing all required samples within required time frame.

Production plan :
Follow up of improvement on orders.
Organizing & conducting buyers' meeting.
Coordinating with production & QA team to solve day to day raising all problems.
Organizing & conducting Final Inspection with QA team during dispatch
Co-ordinating with nominated shipping agent
Market surveying for competitive business strategy.
